Arriving in Menorca after 9:30 PM? No worries! With our Key&Go Self-Delivery service, you can conveniently pick up your rental car directly from the airport’s arrival parking.

Before your trip, we will contact you, and on the day of your arrival, we’ll send you WhatsApp or SMS updates with:

The exact location of your car
Photos of the vehicle
Instructions on how to access the keys and parking ticket

This service allows you to be completely independent, avoiding wait times and collecting your car at your convenience.

Important: The airport parking fee is paid by the customer, with a maximum estimated cost of €10.
This service has no extra fee.

PERSONALIZED DELIVERY SERVICE

What is it?
Prefer a face-to-face handover? A member of our team will personally meet you at the agreed location—typically in the airport arrivals parking lot or terminal—to deliver your car and ensure you’re ready for your journey.
During this handover, we will:
- Give you the car keys
- Review the vehicle’s condition together
- Check the fuel level
- Answer any questions about the rental contract, insurance, car operation, or even top places to visit in Menorca
This personalized service is perfect for travelers who prefer extra assistance and a stress-free start to their trip.
Important:
- Before 9:30 PM → Free of charge
- After 9:30 PM → €40 late-hour service fee
