Pricing and Transparency

What’s Included in Our Standard Rate

✅ Collision Damage Insurance:

No excess for vehicles with up to 5 seats.
€300 deductible for vehicles with 7 or 9 seats and the Abarth 500 Cabrio (deductible can be waived with additional coverage).
✅ Theft insurance (valid only if the customer retains the car key).
✅ Free cancellation (with at least 72 hours’ notice before pickup).
✅ No extra fuel charges (return the car with the same fuel level as received).
✅ Flexible payment options: Bank transfer, cash, credit card, or debit card.
✅ No credit card required for rental.
✅ 24/7 roadside assistance.

What’s Not Included in Our Rates

❌ Damage caused by negligence, reckless driving, or driving under the influence.
❌ Interior damage: upholstery stains, cigarette burns, or excessive wear.
❌ Loss or damage to accessories (child seats, warning triangles, reflective vests, tire lifters, etc.).
❌ Engine damage due to negligence (e.g., damage to the crankcase).
❌ Theft of the vehicle if the key is left inside.

Optional Full Coverage Insurance

For greater peace of mind, we offer Total Insurance, which covers:

✅ Incorrect fuel refueling.
✅ Key and lock damage.
✅ Loss or damage to antennas, windshield wipers, mirrors, and headlights.
✅ Tire punctures or damage.
✅ Glass and windshield breakage.
✅ Scratches, dents, and paint damage.
✅ Lost or broken keys and remote controls.

Important Rental Conditions

🚫 Roof Damage Prohibited: Climbing on the vehicle roof is strictly forbidden. Any damage caused will be considered negligence, and repair costs will apply.

🚗 Driver Requirements:

Minimum age: 24 years.
Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years.

⚠️ Traffic Violations: The renter is responsible for any fines or penalties during the rental period.

🔄 Early Return Policy: No refunds for early vehicle returns.

🚘 Vehicle Replacement Policy:

In case of an accident where the renter is at fault, the company reserves the right to provide a replacement vehicle at its discretion.

⛔ Menorca-Only Rentals:

Vehicles must remain in Menorca.
Travel between islands is strictly prohibited.

Vehicle Pickup Instructions

Upon arrival in Menorca, a Menorcarent representative will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, wearing a company badge.

🚗 Your rental car will be parked right in front of the arrivals terminal for a quick and easy pickup.

📍 For port arrivals or other locations, the same process applies.
